Returns Policy

We offer a 30 Day warranty on devices for manufacturer defect only.  Should your item have a manufacturer defect you may choose to return it to us for a replacement item or store credit.  We do not offer a warranty on Tanks, Rebuildables, External Batteries or Atomizer Coils.  Physical Damage VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES.  In most cases we will cover the cost to ship the replacement item back to the customer, however, we do not cover the cost for the defective item to be returned to us - unless it was a direct result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

You should expect to receive your replacement within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes our shipper to deliver the replacement item (2 to 3 business days).

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Great Britain, and APO Addresses.

Once you place an order, we typically will process and ship your item with 2 business days.  However, in some instances, it may take up to 7 business days to process an order based on volume of business and availability of the item(s) ordered.

All orders are shipped USPS Priority which typically has an estimated transit time of 2-3 Business Days.
